2000 323CI 5 Speed *PART OUT* No major accident. Moving.

Hey guys. So I'm throwing in the towel here. I do not have the resources to keep going with this car and am moving back to Ohio to finish school. It is starting to develop an exhaust leak now and I basically ran out of funds to keep having mechanics fix with the inflated costs of the brand name. Basically my motor blew last year, I invested 5k to have it fixed (35k Mi. Motor from a rear end accident purchased from a licensed junk yard, New fuel pump, misc motor piping, cold air intake, other various parts - I have to check my receipts). Point of part out is to make back enough to pay off the 5k loan I took out for the motor. If you would like to buy the car as a whole, and part it out yourself I am open to that as well. I am located in BRENTWOOD in LOS ANGELES COUNTY of SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA. This is ONLY for local pick up. I will not ship any parts.

Car is complete and works perfect. Transmission shits with no scratching or grind, motors fires right over. All parts not listed work 100 percent fine. Motor has was replaced and has 35k miles, Fuel pump is brand new.

Parts not available - Rear bumper, Drivers taillight unsellable due to drunk driver pegging the car when it was parked.

Car is being stored in an underground parking structure off Wilshire and the 405. I am open to taking off ANY parts you may need that will not stop the car from moving on its own free will until the motor or transmission sells.

Too many scam artists and cons now a days of people claiming they never got part, part was broken when it tested/sent off perfect. PayPal favors the buyer, NOT the seller. MAY POSSIBLY consider shipping body parts/etc. but absolutely NO shipping on mechanical parts. Local pick up only. Buyer and I meet up, they review and test, part is removed in person. Thank you.

pics would help anyway, would eliminate a lot of people's questions... for example what color trim you have, what bumpers, wheels, etc, etc.. unless your car is completely stock then...

I used to be on 3si.org and parted out a 91 Stealth RT TT.... It was a DISASTER! I sold all the old bolts left over for 20 bucks for someone who was missing some, and the person who bought them assumed all the bolts were new????!!?! so they *****ed n UNBELIEVABLY, even after I sent the original posting saying the car was a 91!!!! Paypal stilll sided with that person. They ended up freezing my account with over several hundred dollars in it.... and I didn't have access to it until the whole mess was cleared up. This guy had me by the balls over what he KNEW was old bolts to be used to fill missing ones......

Also shipped a headlight and UPS n their awful respect for packages cracked the housing. Buyer in turn blamed ME instead of filing for a insurance claim, and of COURSE ebay and paypal sided with the buyer.

The above doesn't include the several parts that buyers claimed were broken and then when I refunded/got my return aka part sent back, the part had damages that were NOT THEIR BEFORE and done when the buyer was trying to install the part because it was probably a 16 year old kid following a thread manual by another 17 year old kid.

Does anyone want to buy the car as a whole and part it out themselves? Good opportunity for someone here with the right set of skills/garage to make some money..... All I'm asking is as much as the motor/tranny would sell for. You would make pure profit on everything else..... My parking garage is going to give me **** if I start removing any major parts......
