Conti DWS or Michellin MXM4

I am looking for a new set of shoes for my baby. I am getting VMR's VB3's and want a tire that has good longevity and reasonably priced. I love Michellin's but Conti's are just as good.

The MXM4 are new tires, i am curious what your thoughts are (including Gary's ). I will spend the extra $80 for a superior tire.

thanks!

The thumbnails are referring to the Michelin PS2, a very different tire from the various other Michelin tires that have the "MXM4" nomenclature on them. Grazys, which size and model of MXM4 were you trying to compare to the Conti DWS?

They're both great tires. I'm choosing the continentals for my bimmer mainly because of the price/quality ratio.

In this size the only Michelin that goes by the name MXM4 that I could find is the Primacy MXM4. This tire would be softer riding and quieter than the Conti Extreme Contact DWS, but the DWS has better handling, steering response, and snow traction. Wear should be pretty comparable between the two.

I have about 8,000 miles on DWS's and they are fantastic in both dry and wet. They come highly recomended from this guy.
