Calling German fanatics - Team-CCD/Dominik Bahn?

Hi, I am hoping that a German fanatic might be able to help me out with an issue I am having with Dominik Bahn, owner of Team CCD in Neumunster.

Over four months ago I placed a small order of carbon fiber and BMW Motorsport VLN parts with Dominik. I don't believe he is a member here but I had spoken to him previously on several occasions on other forums and he seems to run a reputable company.

To cut a long story short he took payment and never sent the parts.

He'd send me photos of the parts completed and promise to ship them out straight away. Other times he'd makes excuses that he is out of town and that they'll ship the following week. His latest excuse is that they've been sent but he'd have to confirm with his staff when. That was over three weeks ago and he has ignored my e-mails since.

I've requested a refund on several occasions without success. I've tried to call his shop but can't get through. Does anyone actually know this guy?

Usually I'm not one publicly slander ones company but this situation is just ridiculous. It doesn't take over four months to drop off a package at the post office. Fingers crossed..

Update - I received my carbon canards from Dominik last month.

The first time they were sent they were returned to Team-CCD by the post office, I was e-mailed a photo showing proof that they had been returned. They were sent a second time with DHL (including tracking) and they arrived in a week.

To be fair I am very impressed with the quality of the parts. Being made of real dry carbon they're extremely strong and lightweight. Fitment was perfect and I can't fault them in any way.
