You wouldn't have to call your order in if you bought a reasonable list of parts. Then I could just let your account setup with the bigger discount and you could check out online. But I thought I'd be nice and give you the bigger discount over the phone privately.

i just don't like giving out my cc info over the phone. i've had way too much cc fraud in the past few years

I just received all of the parts I ordered through Pat and everything is correct. The door to door shipping was quick and tracking information was provided. I will definitely order from BMWPartssource again.

they stopped replying to me as soon as i wanted to remove an item from my order

went with tischer and got everything shipped the same day!

That's why you go with a bank that lets you generate temporary credit card numbers with a preset limit. That way if someone steals the number they will be unable to charge a whole lot... and it will become very apparent where the leak came from.

Thanks to Patrick and Rich for providing outstanding customer service for my 2 recent orders. Turnaround time for inquiries, quotes, etc is super-fast and they're responsiveness is superb. I had a little mishap mixing up shipping destinations and they got me squared away within an hour of me contacting them.
