Wish I could go back and edit my original post but here is some answers to frequent questions:

The one mechanical issue is the electronic passenger unlock frequently sticks
All maintenance is up to date
I have records and receipts including original bill of sale
4 owners, 3 listed on carfax etc... clean carfax, clean title
Subframe inspection recently, passed
