Question Anyone deal with a "functional check TEV" error?

I'm getting this weird error, and the downstram sensor error.

I'm trying to swap the downstream o2 sensor right now but it's being a huge bitch, the bank 2 sensor completely stripped and bank 1 won't budge no matter what, i straight up snapped one of my extensions...

So I'm going to have to remove the collectors off the car and do it on a bench, not enough room to get serious with them right on the car

As for the TEV thing, I tested the DMTL, passed, tested the actual TEV, it clicks and functions fine so I'm not sure what this error even refers to, please help me out since the inspection expired already a month ago and i'm kinda at a loss.

Oh, my adaptation values are around .10 for additive and around 4 for mult, seems like I still have a vac leak, right? I just replaced all vac lines/seals near/on the intake so i'll have to dig deeper, do some isolation, but at least it's not over 8 anymore. Used to get a MIL every month or so for adjustment too rich.

Thanks for reading, and I appreciate any help.
