I've just given you an order for $165 (order # 25553517) plus whatever you charge me for shipping. If your service is good (and so far so good), then you'll be one of my top suppliers.

So far I can tell you that the ability to cancel an order makes your site better than Tischer. I accidentally ordered the wrong part (at least I think . . .we'll see if the new order is what I need) and I had to cancel and reorder. That wouldn't be possible with Tischer's site.

Uh you can call them or email and cancel. Is that really your grief with Tischer?

I had to have a part of my order cancelled. Was taken care of within an hour of emailing them.

I thought I would be updating this later this week maybe even Tues from the holiday but yes, I got this part next day and I'm in CA.

last time I checked you've been able to pick up the phone and call a car dealership for something like 100 years now. The ability to do everything you need to online is what makes a website user friendly. One click and your order is canceled.

And anyway, I wasn't digging on Tischer. I still like those guys.

Great prices, and great communication. It was a pleasure working with Patrick via email. Placed my order last week, looking forward to getting the parts in and on the car so I can place another order

Just wanted to add an update on the great service I received from Patrick and Rich at Faulkner BMW (bmwpartssource.com). My overall experience has been good with Faulkner. They were very friendly and helpful, but most of all they were able to get me very, very low prices on some OEM parts. Since I like to go OEM for my car, it can and DOES get expensive. These guys make keeping everything OEM just as frugal as aftermarket. The items were packed very securely and carefully wrapped in bubble wrap. I even got my parts sent overnight and had them the next day!

Give these guys a PM or visit their site and check out the deals they have. I plan to make another order with them for some more goodies.

I ordered on 14th and will not recieve till 24th. They may have been cheaper and shipping faster if I was not on west coast. plus shipping a little stiff. just my experience, does not appear the norm

Its possible that they had to special order the item. BMW dealers both online and brick-and-motar, only stock certain parts and many are earmarked for the shop and can't be sold. Most parts I order from BMW (online or at the dealer) tend to require a 2 day wait for the parts to arrive. To me this is normal and expected. As far as shipping, 10 days is not long at all. I bet many of your eBay transactions take at least as long to ship and receive. If you need parts ASAP, bite the bullet and head to the local dealer. In the past, I've had to do that when I cant wait for a particular part.... and you sure as hell pay for it. Pun intended.

Anyway, to clarify, once my part was in stock, it shipped that afternoon and I got it FedEx the next day. To me, thats quick. They ordered the part, took two days and sent it out immediately. What more do you want. You're getting BMW OE for incredible prices. Plan to order the stuff ahead of time so you can plan on DIYing on the weekend.

was not informed it was special order(wiper switch) or back ordered or whatever. I buy almost everything, minus food/gas online and always get within a week(5 working days).

This saturday I ordered a car cover, exh. manifold, 42" lcd, bluray player, serpentine bracket. all different vendors and all will be here by thurs. And they are all on east coast so 10 day's is a long time

oh and the serpentine bracket was a e-bay purchase

Let me stress to you, if you want it faster all you have to do is ask and I will make sure you have your parts to you by your deadline for only a couple bucks more. I am here for the BMW owners and to help them keep their rides on the road. It does you guys and girls no good to have a BMW sitting in your driveway.
