Thoughts on Pioneer MVH-P8200BT?

I currently have a Pioneer AVIC-N1 in my E46, but since I recently got an Android phone the navigation function has gotten redundant. The slide out screen just makes it kind of an eyesore in the dash IMO and I don't really want to go through the hassle and expense of installing a double-DIN head unit.

The Pioneer MVH-P8200BT seems to fit the bill for what I want:
- SD card slot
- Single DIN
- XM ready (I'll have to find out if my existing XM tuner is compatible...)
- Adjustable colors to blend in with factory lighting
- Built-in BlueTooth
- Looks good

I don't need an ultra high-end system, my AVIC through the stock speakers are good enough for me. Does anybody have/know about this one or do you have other recommendations based on my wants?

Im a pioneer dealer so I might be biased but I think the 8200 is pretty good! Ive got one on my display board and even considered putting one in my own E46 before I got involved with Dynavin. The ipod and USB interfaces on the 8200 are top notch and the units looks are very understated so it would look decent on the BMW dash, Keep in mind that it is a digital music only player.....no CDs or DVDs, just USB, cards, ipods etc...
