Gwerks...what color is that M3 of yours? I see one from time to time on 96 when I am leaving work (not to invade the personal space too much).

I have an Alpine White e46, as of yesterday I had the alpine white and a titanium silver.

Ahh, alright. I am trying to track down the owner of the black one that is MODDDDED to death..they workout at the Y downtown but I never see the actual person getting in/out to spark up conversation.

His name is Marshall, he only has cosmetic mods.

Like I said, I have only seen the exterior. I was assuming that anyone who sinks that much into the outside HAD to be greasing up things a bit under the hood. At any rate, I bet that thing breaks a couple of necks every summer.

P.S. As an ex VW owner I had the VAG-COM tool to adjust just about any setting on the car. Is there such a program for BMW?

I'm in Huntington Woods...and I have a silver '02 330i. Does anyone happen to have an airbag reset tool? My light has been on for years since changing a window regulator!

Oh and to euromade, I owned a '92 and '98 GTi. I don't think that our computers work that way, but that would be nice.

I will ask my mechanic tomorrow as far as the airbag reset goes...will let you know.

P.S. VW had a lot more audible warnings than my BMW, and I hated those. For example, a seatbelt chime goes off in 20 seconds regardless if the vehicle is moving or not. With the VAG COM tool I was able to delay or eliminate the chime, while the dashboard light would remain on until the belt was fastened. So far I like this beemer compared to the 1.8 turbo VW. The six cylinder engine has a much smoother torque curve, and I love the Sport mode. On top of that the fuel economy is about the same if not better!

P.P.S. I had to drive 800 miles to pickup my BMW. A one way rental in the Nissan Versa got me there, but I just realized on my way back as to how much quitter and more comfortable the BMW is. I know we are not comparing apples to apples but a 9 year old ride was a night-and-day difference compared to the brand new rice burner....

Out at M.I.S today for the formula SAE competition.. Saw a Interlagos blue m3, musta been ZCP. Damn it was nice!!

New Baltimore Mi over here, drive a black 323ci, only mods have done so far is blacked out turn signals, side markers, led tail lights, black grills, upgraded wheels to 18'. Got some performance parts coming in soon! Hopefully we can all get a meet going on this summer!

Do you have any dyno or performance numbers for your car after the supercharger? I've been toying with the idea of supercharging my car.

Trying to track down the owner of a silver bmw e46 m3 driving on marine city hwy on 5/27/12. It was nice haha would love to know the mods done to it, couldnt see cause of night time.

Another thing, anybody know of any bmw meets going on in michigan?
