Tmsbmw00...not sure what to think of this guy

- Supposedly closed the deal on a sweet set of KAMEII Tiag eyelids he had for sale: http://forum.e46fanatics.com/showthr...179&highlight=

- He received the money from me, and supposedly shipped the lids. I waited for damn near a month w/ no results. I asked him nicely several times to provide me a tracking #, however the story was always "The post office could not locate it and could not track it either." Finally, he said the post office located them and they were returned to his house of residence. The story was that they were damaged. Supposedly, we agreed to return my money. This never happened. The story I received was " It will need a signature confirmation on arrival". It has been almost 3 weeks now and I haven't received anything back, much less anything requiring an actual signature. Matter of fact during these supposed transactions, I actually had to reach out to him to find out what was going on via pm. I would think that an individual would make the attempt to go out of his way to contact someone that they owed money to in order to ensure things were squared away. The kicker is when you check his profile...it would show that he was on-line that very day however could not check the status of his debts.
- When all is said and done....maybe an honest seller that had a bad luck streak w/ the post office. Twice, I highly doubt it. Our last conversation was about the fact that I have not received any money back. His response was along the lines of "I cannot believe that" or something like that. Haven't heard from him in about 2 weeks and chalked it up to a lesson.
- What bothers me about the whole issue is the piss poor communication especially when I gave him a way out by saying "If you didn't send it...just tell me".
