Clicking noise everytime i put into gear (video)

Hey everybody

Ive already searched and something similar came up to my issue but i dont think it can be it

So today i noticed when i was standing at a light everytime i put my car into gear it makse a clicking noise.
Almost every gear does it, i cant hear it with the music on but with the music off i can hear it.
It happens about 1 full second after ive put the shifter into gear.

Any idea what it can be? Anybody have this problem before

heres a video...turn the volume up and you will hear the little clicks im talking about
View My Video

thanks

from the hours of searching it looks like it could be your subframe. Another guy on here had the same problem. He then took everything out of the trunk and found cracks near the spare tire area. Just a guess.

Those would be decent guesses if the OP was experiencing significant thumps, clunks and what not... simple clicking could be nothing nearly as serious, my UUC SSK clicks when I go into gear because of the DSSR I'm assuming

ive checked for subframe tear outs and no sign of them...my friend drives an is300 and his clunks alot.
so know body experiences these clicks almost as if a rod is snapping into place when the shifter is shifted into each gear???

OP just be sensible - good luck!
