OEM Short Shifter

I am thinking about buying the OEM Short Shifter Kit. Does anyone know how much it would cost to get put in at the dealership? Also, if you recommend a different kit please let me know.

    learn to

This thread will tell you everything you need to know. way better than any SSK except maybe the active autosolutions kit. but at over $300, that one isnt really affordable.

I am wanting to buy the oem, but my question is as follows: "How much would the bmw dealership cost to do the install?". I am asking because I do not know of any car places around here I can trust with my car.

Ok i will say this to you. Calling the dealership will be your best bet. I'm sure they can give you a price range better than anyone can on here because each dealership charges different hourly rates. If i had to guess? maybe 200. Because they really are NOT that hard nor time consuming to install. maybe 2 hours.

I feel like the shifter in my car is a big part to its overall performance. As you can tell I don't even know the install, nor have the tools to do it, I would rather pay. Thanks for your input.

Sorry for late response. They said it would cost 105 per hour.
