Bav Auto/ Sellers take note

I know many of you are familiar with Bavarian Auto. A lot of their inventory is overpriced and somewhat limited. I live about forty five minutes away so I am in the warehouse pretty frequently. So besides the inventory and pricing problems they have been nothing but helpful. Now bare with me. I went to the store and bought a few smaller items (corners, sidemarkers, and a bav auto windshield decal). I get home and everything is fine except the sticker, its not die cut just a reg sticker. So immediately im a little frustrated cause i just drove an hour and a half to get this. I tore up the sticker out of frustration then called BAV Auto. They told me no problem come up and get the new one you dont even need to bring the old one back. Great, so i go back to get the new one and its no problem at all. Another afternoon is spent driving and I get home to find they have done the same thing. I call once again and they reassure me it must be a stock problem and they ship the right one out overnight shipping and a refund to my house. Now despite all this hassle this is what I expect when a company makes a mistake.
