Breakfast before work : Homemade bacon mcmuffin... toasted portugese sweet bread with butter, 2 eggs, 8 strips thick cut bacon, 4 slices cheese, strawberry milk
Breakfast at work: Sausage and avocado omelet, tater tots, watermelon, bottled starbucks frappacino Lunch - Fried chicken blt sandwich, 20 oz coke, fries, Rt. 66 Dill Pickle potato chips, onion rings with bbq sauce Late afternoon snack - 2 beef teriyaki, egg roll, 3 crab rangoons, duck sauce, fried shrimp, more duck sauce, and boneless spare ribs Dinner - 22oz cowboy cut ribeye with garlic butter mashed potatoes, one piece of broccoli, bottle of red wine Healthy pre bed snack - 12 oreos broken in half, placed in a bowl, and poured 2 cups of skim milk in there, eat with spoon... definitely go with skim milk tho, whole milk has way too much fat in it. |

Whenever I travel for work, I'm always stocked up on beef jerky, cashews/almonds, and either 5 Hour Energy or the little bottles of RedLine.

Fast food is never an only option. If you must, Subway. I have used my iPhone and scouted Applebess and done a call ahead for some fiesta line chicken. Like posted above healthy nuts and jerky.

so you just let the oats sit out overnight?
