I used this taco seasoning, because I like it

honestly... choice is yours. I would assume staples to be:

parsley
garlic powder
pepper
salt

everything else is completely up to you! add spice if that is your thing etc.

edit: make sure you grease the bottom / sides of your slow cooker well or the egg will burn

My Ride: E46 M3 Manual
My food for the day:

1.5 lbs of chicken breasts with basil garlic lemon marinade.

a handfull of raw pistachios.

An apple

2 dates

a handful of raw almonds

Gluten free low sugar cookie, tastes great with only 90cal (4 fat, 6 carbs, rest protein)

shake with greens + no fat Greek yogurt + whey

3 whole eggs + 8 egg whites + tomato + no fat Greek yogurt.

Girlfriend made me breakfast this morning before our run.... she made natural oatmeal, cut up bananas, and blueberries all in a bowl. I have to say this was the first time I had oatmeal, and I was absolutely repulsed by it. I felt bad cause she made it but that sh1t was so unbelievably nasty in its natural unflavored form. I felt like I was outside gnawing on my wooden fence. :yuk:
