Yeah it's awesome, just wish my grocery store had at least one ripe avocado, but they should be good to go by tonight.

Could use a little more spice, I used a packet of regular and a packet of low sodium, will try the spicy next time. I'll maybe add another half packet as I used almost 3 lbs of meat and 7-8 servings of rice, not sure how many are in a box I just have a Tupperware container of rice as I buy by the bag.

How long does that size last you? My issue as of late is how much I'm eating I'll make some huge meal and it in one session :-/ how many servings would you consider your measurements?
And do you have any nutritional information for us?

I would suggest it to improve the taste but it's a sh1t load of sodium in these packets. I'm going to add a jalapeno to mine tonight.

What kind of rice did you use?

Mine are usually 4-6 big servings. I never added up the cals but it's gotta be 600-800 if not more with half an avocado in each serving.

I used just some parboiled white rice I had, I thought about adding some jalapeņos too, may add some tonight after the fact, I should have a jar of them.

Was looking at the sodium in the spice packets and I agree, might chop up some fresh jalapeņos next time, they are awesome in chili.

I used to just make four 1/4 burgers and fry 4 eggs and use .5oz of reduced fat cheddar on each one.

Naturally, lots of hot sauce.

I don't think I would eat it all at once, but it was a delicious low carb tasty meal.

I can eat this every day
this is the last of it. 2.5lbs weighed on the postage meter at work. 1 whole avocado mixed in. Nice and ripe makes it really creamy.

Do you crock pot this, or cook it using another method?

The sodium is tough to avoid. Just drink lots of water.

I made this last night. I like a lot of this guys recipes but the way he ends his sentences are weird to me. If you watch you'll notice what I mean.
