3 packets of seasoning. 1 hot and spicy 2 low sodium
small box of brown rice

Blech....not a Fuddruckers fan. The burgers, on paper, sound good but they never seem to execute properly.

Instead of taco seasoning I did a mix of this:
cumin
paprika
chili powder
onion powder
garlic powder
salt
pepper

So good.

I just finished 1lb 13oz of it. No wonder I'm gaining weight.

Been eating pulled pork recently, pork shoulder in a crock pot with some salt pepper and garlic powder.

What are everyone's thoughts on pork, health wise, good bad?

great. It's a lean meat but you know I'm not one to worry about fat but for calorie reasons anyway.

Asian style shredded beef with brown rice. Wish I had some broccoli or something but I whipped this up fast

It was super thin slices rib eye we used for cheese steaks last night. I bought an extra pound and a half so I cooked this tonight

Cooked the beef and then reduced a sauce made of soy sauce, ginger, sriracha, honey, and water. Tossed it in when the beef was almost done and then threw in some left over brown rice. A little salty but damn good Click image for larger version
