Meal 5: Half rack of ribs, half a head of broccoli, 1/3 loaf of garlic herb bread, cup of Greek yogurt and bbq on everything (except the yogurt)

anyone know how this would come out. someone on r/paleo posted it.

24 eggs
3lbs beef
1 package of bacon
a few bags of frozen veggies

Cook everything but eggs, beat eggs and throw everthing into a casserole dish. Bake on 375 for an hour or until eggs are solid. I figured this would be an awesome breakfast once it's all made. I'll just have to cut a piece and go.

^ made it before with turkey bacon. Was ok. Good for breakfast, just heat in microwave once made. Don't use veggies that could get watery once cooked.
