when you say 1 serving of FF/SF pudding... instant or regular and do you use an entire small box?

I usually buy instant to make regular uncooked overnight oats, but if you buy the regular cook and serve kind, that might be better for the voluminous oats. Mix everything together and cook that as one, adding the frozen fruit in after. I'll have to try it out myself sometime this week.

Okay, so tried it with the cook and serve pudding mix, prepared it on the stovetop last night and it came out amazing this morning.

Amazing. That's my go to appetizer when were having people over. So easy and everyone loves it.

Just ate a 23oz sockeye salmon filet for dinner with a lb of asparagus. Delicious.

Usually I will take a spear of asparagus, wrap it diagonally with a half strip of bacon and bake it in the over at 425 for about 18 minutes. Turns out perfect. If you can put it on some kind of rack its probably best so the grease drains away.
