Definitely needed a rack to drain the grease. Didn't have one at my gfs though

agreed. This wasn't the nitrate free though. I'm assuming that one costs double lol. When I checked last week there was only one brand that was nitrate free.

Depends where you get it. I get Coleman brand at Costco. 3 12oz packs for $8.99. Not too bad and it tastes delicious.

WOW! Love those overnight oats! That's such a lifesaver! I used to make oatmeal in the microwave, but that sh*t would just bubble up and away out of the bowl and I had a big clean up job on my hands. If I did it on the stove, I'd have to clean the stupid dishes.

This is perfect! I'll probably make some tonight!
