Made this last night, fvcking amazing:

Attachment 552092

4 boneless chicken breast cutlets, drenched in Italian Herbs and Gardens Spaghetti sauce, covered in fresh grated Parmesan, wrapped in foil and broiled at 400* for 45 minutes, with whole grain steamed rice.

Absolutely awesome.

Love this meal. 1lb bison meat, 1lb ground turkey breast. 1lb red potatos, .5lb carrots. 1 onion, 2 tomatoes. Taco spices + salt. 1 cup of low fat Greek yogurt.

Will last me for a couple of days.

That really shouldn't last you more than a day and maybe one meal the next day, unless you're eating a bunch of other stuff.

Also I'm curious why you would add salt with taco spices? Those things contain ridiculous amounts of sodium

Good food day today, chicken is in the crock pot cooking, I made the same chicken last week and it was amazing, will be eating it with baked potatoes and spinach. Also made some hash browns and eggs for lunch.

This marinade is awesome (its from Hannafords)

Chicken Prepped and ready to be cooked

Taco mix I buy does not have salt (only spices). I actually don't like salty taste but need to add a bit of salt.

I only have this pot meal for lunch and late dinner (twice a day, all gone in 2 days). Of course I eat other things. Two big meals plus what I just said. Breakfast has 6 eggs + 1 pita bread with pulled yogurt. But I think you're right, I could eat a bit more. I'm at ~3200cal a day, I think 4000 will be better. I'm on a clean bulk, I have been gaining weight slowly.

Z00 if you are making gains at 3200 keep it going, don't worry about adding more calories... Diminishing gains. Focus on getting your form down so it doesn't limit you from gaining in the future

My strength numbers have been going up, but weight wise I have only gained 3lbs in past couple of month. I think that's decent given that I'm on a clean bulk. Yes, form is my primary focus currently.

Right. Just extra fat gain. It's tough to find that sweet spot in the amount of calories.

Came up with a new recipe at the grocery store yesterday and it turned out pretty good!

Mango habenero sirloin chili

4 pounds 90/10 ground sirloin
2 pounds chili beans
1.75 pounds stewed tomatoes
14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes
1 mango
1 habenero
1 clove garlic
I salt and peppered lightly and threw in some chili powder too

It would work good to add some rice also, but I'd add a can of tomato paste or something so it didn't dry up too bad.

Came out good and not high in sodium, and great for protein.

P.s.don't touch your eyes until you've washed your hands after handling the habenero. That sucked lol.
