^ What happened to potatoes and broccoli?

You should consider buying natural or organic meat. Regular stuff tastes like $hit to me and full of hormones and antibiotics. I know I'm going to get flamed for this but will say it anyway. lol

I was checking that out today, will be good to watch. But we need more education, not government regulation. I'm taking a course in school right now where I have to compare my diet for two days versus canada food guide... our food guide isn't quite as bad as america's but it still prescribes to the saturated fat is bad for you bs and apparently I need 8 servings of grain per day (1/2 cup of rice is one serving) and only 3 servings of meat (75g or 3 oz per serving). I was getting 16 servings of meat a day lol. No wonder people are fat

I honestly don't think people even listen to the guidelines. They eat out of pure convenience. I also didn't watch the trailer since I'm at work. Is it saying the government needs to intervene more? I don't believe that if it is. Like you said, more education.

Will have another meal before bed tonight, probably some Greek yogurt and peanut butter.

Having no issues eating the same thing over and over again makes eating healthy and prepping food very easy for me. Changed up the marinade this week so it was like a whole new meal.

This a "rest day" meal, on days I work out this week I'll eat 1.5 chicken breasts.

On the menu for this weekend, hopefully some fresh caught fish are added to this.

Going to be drinking my face off for 3 days too.

And free Five Guys to start the weekend tonight.

I am cutting fat, so for the past week and for the next four weeks, this is what my diet looks like, boring repetitive, but damn, does it ever produce results.

Breakfast:
8oz of Grilled Tilapia
301g of Steamed Broccoli

Snack:
1 Medium Banana

Lunch
Turkey and Cheese on Whole Wheat Bread (around 360 calories)

Dinner:
7oz of Grilled Tilapia
304g of Steamed Broccoli

What do you weigh and what's your bf?

I'd lose fat on that diet for a few days too, then my body would begin to deteriorate, and fast. 5 weeks like that and I'd look like I just walked outta Auschwitz compared to day 1 on it.

When I started cutting weight (a few weeks ago, slightly different diet) I weighed 245lbs. I now weigh 219.6lbs. I'm not sure where my bf is at the time, I'm guessing somewhere near 22-25ish%?

The plan is to lose fat like crazy. I'm doing heavy drop-down sets daily and 1 hour of HIIT at the end of each gym session. Fortunately I'm on something that will allow me to keep most of my muscle as my fat melts off (I sit at a desk all day and don't compete in anything, so it's not cheating for me to look a bit better by summer lol)

I've been eating over night oats every day for like 5 days

oats
vanilla almond milk
cinnamon
honey
banana

throw in tupperware over night and eat in the am. God it's good. I like mine to be a little more wet so keep in mind that if you just make them a little wet they will absorb all the milk. Add a little more.

I remember you talking about them. I was always like ehhh they're going to be just like oatmeal. So different. It's like all the flavors just marinate and become a perfect treat. How do you make yours. I'm thinking of adding some protein to mine.

Dat flavor... Dat texture... Seriously, overnight oats are damn good. It's like desert.

Some of the staple ingredients I add to the oats are whole milk / almond milk, raisins, cinnamon, cocoa powder, honey, banana, berries, nuts, nut butter, etc... I mean, the concoctions are pretty much endless, so get as creative as you want. The best is when I soak them in a jar of nut butter I'm about to finish off.

I do add protein to mine in the morning before eating. I prefer to have my oats more on the thicker side, so blends usually work better than straight whey to achieve a thicker consistency. However, if you're adding whey that can potentially water down the mixture more than you'd like, simply sip some of the access milk out of the bowl before adding in the protein powder. I usually use equal parts of milk and oats, but sometimes that varies depending on the protein powder I'm using. Click the link below for some overnight oats porn:
