Definitely bud. It was my second cruise and just like the first, it didn't disappoint. Makes for a great vacation

just finished a density workout and made a protein shake.

- 2 cups milk
- 1 scoop of peanut butter
- 3/4 cup oats
- 2 packs of cocoa mix


mmmmmmm

paired it with a toasted hard boiled egg sandwich, light mayo.

Went out last night for a couple drinks, and worked 12 hours from 8am today.. whole week I've been watching my diet strictly but today I let loose pretty bad.

Breakfast- 3 egg's + cheese + bread
Snack - Whey shake
Lunch - Chinese Food
Snack - Taco Cabana - Steak burrito
Dinner - Pizza hut
Snack - Protein shake

I'm laying off fast foods for a while

Banana, 6 fried eggs for breakfast. Just got out of class - 30oz whole milk, 5 oreos, 2 bananas, 4 tablespoons peanut butter, 2 tablespoons flax meal blended.

Going to take a nap soon, have a small lunch with some whey... hit the gym. More whey, and then eat whatever mommadukes is cooking.

Do you have your own frialator?

I wouldn't say its "good" for you, but definitely a lot better than soybean oil or corn oil. I work in the food industry... at my old job everything that went in the frialator was fried in soybean oil (I'm sure its the same at my new place) ... people don't know what they put in their bodies.

no just put about a half inch in a pan and threw them in 4 at a time and flipped them when they were ready on each side.

I was being sarcastic about "good for me"

Where'd you get the recipe?
