I had mostly my normal diet today (grits, eggs, shakes, etc).

But I just had two bacon-wrapped filets

robbing with a sword is a good thing

Did you eat those pre-packaged ones or did you wrap them yourself? Whilst both are delish, I feel like I can taste the chemicals in those prepacked ones.

so far today (I'll update as i eat; im gonna be in front of my laptop doing hw all day):
breakfast:
leftover chicken marsala/italian sausage/ziti with three sunnyside up eggs thrown on top (probably amounts to about 40g of protein)

pwo:
two scoops ON whey + 3 bags of fun size skittles (~30 g sugar) = ~45 g protein

lunch:
turkey sandwich (2 slices wheat bread, hummus, baby spinach, turkey) = ~40 g protein

lunch + supper = lupper
healthy choice salisbury steak = 13 g protein
purdue reduced fat/baked chicken patty = 13 g protein
glass of skim milk = ~15 g protein
adds up to about 40 g protein

dinner
chicken breast, steamed veggies, triscuits = ~40 g protein

last meal
can of chicken noodle soup + a can of tuna thrown in for good measure = 38 g protein

before bed
scoop of casein = 25 g protein

what do you mean by a scoop? Same size as the protein scoop? I can't find an accurate measurement for dextrose. I usually do about 10tsp

Yup, a level protein scoop yields about 45g of dextrose.

Yup, I used to do that as well. A couple scoops is way more convenient though. Food scales ftw!

ate horrible last night... hung out late, overslept this morning = no time for breakfast...was feigning for calories by lunchtime today...ended up getting: stew chicken, cabbage, peas & rice with a side of mac & cheese from the caribbean place for lunch.

S0n, I went in on that isht.

Planning on a clean dinner, a solid nights sleep and gym tomorrow morning.
