Banana and chocolate milk for quick breakfast

cup of jasmin tea with a chocolate + banana muffin

530pm - pho

8pm - apple

9pm- preworkout chocolate milk 500 ml

11pm - wendys chicken sandwich with fries



shitty eating day for me, exams kill my desire to cook.

Lol, i thought it was funny, just haven't had time to respond until now.

Today i had the last of the mango habanero beer bear brats and used the leftover topping i made for it as salsa. 3 cups of yogurt, a banana, granola bars and some bear jerky.

A big bowl of chili for breakfast, some El Pollo Loco churros, 4 chicken legs and a chicken tortilla roll for lunch. I'm wayyy under calories, so dinner is going to be BIG!
