Thanks man! Slowly but surely. I have one last hurdle to overcome with her (..one that will either cause ascension or put me in the deepest part of the valley), so barring the outcome of that situation, I could find my appetite suppressed once again. That'll be rock bottom though, so the only place to go from rock bottom IS up!

small meals today. Breakfast I ate one of those safeway chickens, for lunch I had a 2lbs burrito w/broccoli and zucchini, and I'm not sure what I will eat for dinner... probably some sandwiches.

Bomb ass dinner at my girls.

Bacon wrapped chicken stuffed with spinach
Salmon with some unreal seasoning that made it buttery and sweet just insane.

This week is all planned out.

Today: clams de italiano, lobster and herb angel hair pasta
Sunday: Scarlett snapper fillet and white cheddar pasta roni
Monday: Marlin steak and might make some creamy Italian pasta salad
Tuesday: bear burritos. Tomatoes, lettuce, pepper cheese, sour cream, onion, salsa
Wednesday: pork tenderloin with sauteed portabella mushrooms
Thursday: my famous sweet heat, mango habanero, beer bear brats and Alfredo pasta

I've got this week all figured out! It's just gonna be a bit tricky to do all this cooking and get to the gym before a 13 hour day at work.

with these long weekends for the holidays i don't think i need food, I'm sure I've been cosuming more than enough calories from beer and mixed drinks.
