i eat 3000-3500 calories between 12 pm and 8 pm lol. I can only imagine how much easier it would be if I ate breakfast

I had almost the exact same thing last week, ate off it for 4 days to lol, but i used rigatoni and made my sausage chunks smaller and added mushrooms. I also added some heavy cream and organic chicken stock to the white wine/garlic to make a more robust sauce.

So far I've had 4 pieces of pizza (..leftovers from last night), and a chicken & rice bowl (..and I've only been up for an hour). Today I'm going for big numbers.

edit: Add a plain hamburger and a cookies & cream shake to that (..pre-lunch meal ).

Lol nope. **** ruined my day. I had this lump in my stomach all day and we all went out for dinner and I ate two tiny pieces of pizza. Hit up a food truck late at night after the bars too.
