I almost always crock pot the chicken. I mix it up though. Sometimes I BBQ, other times I do cream of mushroom or teriyaki.

1/2 cup Natural oatmeal w/natural honey and half banana mixed in.

Snack
Protien Bar

Lunch
Penutbutter and banana sandwhich on 45 cal sara lee wheat bread and natural penut butter.
Small lettuce and cucumber salad.

Snack
1 can tuna fish

Dinner
1 Chicken Breast oven baked with lemon pepper
3 spears of asparagus and 4 broccoli tops steamed


Basically my everyday.

nothing at work to eat. Someone hurry and decide for me. I have pretty much all major chains, deli's etc around. Willing to eat like an animal. Thinking double meat burrito bowl from chipotle but open to anything else.

good for you for sticking with that... I could never do that for the full six week. Painful eating, and incredibly boring & bland. Though I'm sure it works perfectly well

Yeah, unless I decide not to make eggs in the morning. then I just have a "Colossal Bar" They're like 450 calorie bars. Those will tie me over till first lunch. Sometimes I switch up the Steamers I use. Sometimes potatoes, sometimes rice and carrots, today i think I haev 2 with potato and green bean, and one with broccoli and a little cheddar. but all have 12oz. chicken. When i start lifting heavy again, I'll be throwing in a red meat meal or two
