My workout day meals for the whole day:

4 large healthy pancakes (5 egg whites, 1 egg, 70g of almond powder & flaxseeds, 15g chai seeds, spices, 1 sweet potato, .5lb of carrots, 1 tb fat free yogurt)

3 tbs of sesame seeds with 1 tbs honey and a fiber whole wheat bread slice

shake with 2 cups spinach, 1 scoop MF protein, banana, 1 scoop almond powder, 1 cup almond milk, 2 tbs fat free yogurt

12oz grilled filet mignon steak with green beans and a tomato

Beet/sweet potatoes chips with hummus guacamole

1 microwaved beet

16oz of chicken breast with 10oz of broccolini

I think that should be about 3100 calories. But it does not seem like it.

I have been eating like this for 2 months and I have only gained 1lb. I'm stuck at 165lbs.

oatmeal and coffee for breakfast

gogi bowl for lunch (sticky rice, fried egg, bulgogi steak, spicy pork, field greens, gochujang pepper sauce, sesame seeds) with green tea.

Probably a banana with PB for a snack in a bit.

One of my favorite low carb meals is: big burger patty with fried egg, ounce of sharp cheddar, two strips bacon and a bunch of spinach.

Sounds like a healthy version of a Slinger.

Slinger =

Burger patty
hash browns
chili
cheese
onions

In that order. It's a late night drunk food original to St. Louis.

Good stuff sweetbro...

Three strips of bacon, and 4 scrambled whole eggs with cream and marble cheese after hot yoga. Feel like a million bucks

Nice mang. What kinda cream?

I like to map it out in the morning so I don't go off the rails...

I'm still gonna do that -30 on rest days for another week or two.

put tinfoil on a baking sheet, rolled asparagus in an olive oil / garlic / salt mixture and then baked it for 12 minutes on 350, turning halfway through.

then covered steaks in bbq sauce while resting, arranged asparagus on top and then slice of havarti... baked for 5 minutes or so on 350 to melt the cheese

2nd consecutive rest day and I started getting these head aches. I read this could be by body going into ketosis... My fats were pretty high I though, maybe my training today really kicked my butt...

Up carbs or up fat? Or just go thru it, I heard this is what most people go through during the first couple weeks on keto.
