Mm pizza.

My taco beef/sour cream/guacamole/cheese slop lol. Pretty much carb free minus random bean, and delicious.

I posted the recipe a few pages back for the taco beef (the main part) and then it's just sour cream guacamole and marble cheese mixed up. Very filling, that particular plate was 850 calories, 75g protein, 50g fat and 20g carbs

Photos don't do justice for how delicious it is.

14oz chick breast, 2 multi grain rolls, half oz fatfree cheddar. Some iceberg, green leaf, and spinach.

Tossed under the broiler for 2 minutes

Roughly: kcal.1,125 c.126 f.13 p.131

That looks awesome. So when you consume that much fat, do you just have to eat lean protein for the rest of the day?

Rest days are ruff as fk for me

I need to find some new shi1t to make it keep it interesting

brown 4lb taco beef, sautee mushrooms and onions, season with this http://allrecipes.com/recipe/taco-seasoning-i/ (good for 4.5 lbs of ground beef) and use 1 tbsp of corn starch for every lb of meat (optional if runny).

throw in couple jars of this

simmer to let flavours settle

on training days mix with basmati rice and put into fajitas (or tacos/burritos whatever)... about 1/2 cup of rice and 1/2 cup of taco beef mixture will fit in a typical fajita. 4.5 lbs of ground beef makes 11 cups of taco beef (you are welcome lol I had to measure that out)

rest day mix in shredded marble cheese, guacamole, sour cream instead of fajitas and rice.
