Can you clarify this specification please:

"Operation system: Windows CE 5.0 or 6.0"

Which one is it?

CE: 5.0 on the V4 & V5
All the units really should ship out today. Customs keeps dragging their feet on this.

Bad news good news here

Bad news is that for some reason the normal paperwork that is required to clear the units out of customs is now insufficient and requires more work to clear it out. We've been told for 3 straight days it would clear, but each time there is yet another piece needed/missing.

Good news is that the parts have been at the dock for 1 week and they are not going back and all the units are indeed here, the minute it clears, all the labels will start showing.

This is an unusual and unexpected delay and I hate doing this - but we do have the parts ready to go in just 48 hours at most...they are NOT in transit, they are actually here.

thanks for the notice..keep us posted -- if you want to go the other route and smuggle the Dynavins in, I'm sure there are more than a few people on here willing to be the wheelman.....(adding J/K so I don't get prosecuted)

Is this unit just simple plug and play without any AC relocation work?

There is a thread on here with all the information about this- however the short answer is yes and no.

Yes in that it WILL fit without the new navi bracket just not quite perfectly
No in that it will look a bit more finished with the new bracket. For 45 bucks from Tischer BMW I would recommend getting it.

the best way is to simply buy them when over in Asia, take them back with you on the flight, declare them, and pay the customs on the spot. far quicker, and easier.

Dynavin update #2 - customs still has xray hold on it.
It's very upsetting and we are "this" close to getting our hands on it but it's still uncleared.

So the best estimate is Thursday/Friday now. We apologize for this inconvenience!!

Yeah- I know it is out of your hands, but I think it is making us a little uneasy with all the delays. I do appreciate the updates, but just give it to us straight, we can handle it.
