WARNING: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE (sorry caps)

I have a small warning for you guys just based on my experience with a specific aftermarket parts site specializing in BMW parts. The site is www.europeanautosource.com, never order anything from these clowns!



That is my video proof of what they sent me, It's completely beyond me how these clowns can get an order like that wrong! the proper bulb style needed is stated clearly in 2 different places on the assemblies themselves. These people have no clue about the products they are selling and are overcharging as I have found out by doing a little searching after finding out the brand of ballasts that were included (DDM tuning) which also sell the exact same thing I bought but for roughly $150 cheaper!

Post sale service is completely non-existent, I have sent e-mails requesting they correct their mistake by sending the right stuff completely free of charge and I have recieved no reply. so this is my warning to you my friends, NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Them getting your order wrong is a mistake on their part. But the packaging man isn't the company it's the shipping company thats usually to blame bro.

if you paid via CC then file a dispute. contact BBB as well.

Yeah that's true, it was the shipping companies fault for the package. I'm just flustered with this whole thing. Like i'm not a rich kid, I paid good money for these and I can't even put them in my car.

And yes tomorrow I will be calling visa tomorrow as well as BBB, I just really hope this warning gets around. It's not right they can't do this to people.

Open up your low beams, the H7 HID bulbs will fit in that slot. Depo P46 don't have D2S base unless it is requested and that is a very rare occasion. With the connectors, you can always rig it up or buy a separate harness to make the angel eyes work. Even though you didn't buy from us, email us and we will do what we can do help you out to take care of our canadian neighbors.....your HID bulbs are the correct ones for your headlights.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience, but unfortunately I can't seem to find ANY email correspondence to myself, any of our employee's including our returns department who would handle this issue. I have double checked our voicemails as well, and I can't find anything from you, nor do any of the employee's here, who are on the forums, have any PM from you as well. Regardless of the situation, I find it strange that you have to make a video of your experience and put it on youtube instead of giving us even the CHANCE to make things right?

The main problem I see here is the damage done to the box. Have you filed a UPS claim? Or if it was shipped via another courier besides UPS, have you tried contacting them letting them know that the box was damaged? If the package was handed to you by a UPS man, why would you accept the package either? When a claim is made your money is refunded immediately, or we resolve the problem by re-sending a new package with everything that you ordered as usual. But most importantly, you're not giving us a chance to make it right, and I believe that's a bit unfair.

Also, one other note. You said you received H7 bulbs correct? That's what DEPO uses on these headlights for a bulb, not a D2S bulb. D2S bulbs are for OEM headlights, not aftermarket DEPO headlights. I will be sending you a PM to clear things up and fix the issue at hand. We've been doing excellent business on this forum for several years now, I don't think randomly, especially after moving into a larger warehouse while we're expanding, we should incapacitate ourselves by giving customers bad service.

Damage during shipping is NOT always the fault of the shipping company. If the shipper doesn't pack the box properly then it's gonna get damaged. The product package should have been put inside another box with some form of packaging material (paper, peanuts, bubblewrap, etc.) to ensure shipping safety. That's just someone cheaping out who doesn't know anything about shipping.

Uhh, why didn't you go to EAS right off the bat, rather than youtube, your cc, BBB, etc.? Give them a chance to make it right before you freak out like a $12 yr old.

i did order from these guys once and i must say it was packaged so cleanly and professionally but shipping was overcharged like sh!t (15 for 1.5 pounds from west to east) and my order was sent 2 weeks after i placed it

^^This as well. At least give the company you bought from a chance to make it right, everyone makes mistakes sometimes.

I had used the "contact us" form to get a hold of them, I assumed that would go to thier email. I'm sorry if I came off as not giving them a chance, I was just upset after finding the exact same thing on DDM tuning fro cheaper and after fiddling around with the kit trying to make sense of how it should go together I was just upset with the fact that it wasn't all going together. This is the first mod I'm doing to my car, so I don't know too much. But what had set me off is the fact I had no reply to the messages that I sent through that form.

And to EAS I am sorry for the way I reacted to the situation, all I need is some assistance since as you say the bulbs should fit. I had assumed they were supposed to go in to the metal clip on the backside of the projector.
