Code P0304 Cylinder 4 misfire. What to check?

Hi Guys,

Have been getting an intermittent vibration in my car, used to happen once or twice per 10/15 starts.

Today the car threw a P0304 Code Cylinder 4 Misfire. The car will go into Limp Mode, very hard to accelerate and a strong vibration. If I turn off the car and turn it back on, the code goes away, car is not in limp mode and works fine.

I did some searching and I am coming to a conclusion that I should check my spark plugs, wires and coils? Would swapping a coil to another bay be a good idea? This doesnt happen every start, however it has happened 3-4 times today itself.

Generic Code reader did say Replace intake boot, however lower intake boot and boot to airbox was checked already, no holes.

Whats the best place to start?

Swap the coil from the barking cylinder with a different one. If it stays on the cylinder swap the plug next. Then dig deeper if you don't find your problem.
