It comes with all of the hardware you need and the instructions show pictures of what is included. You remove the original airbox and drop in the new one.

The hardware we are referring to is for the strut bar.

Did not realize you had no hardware or instructions, I would have answered differently. I think I can find the instructions for you tomorrow if some one else has not posted them by then.

Its all good. I just wanted to know if it(air box) came with hardware, which it does I think. My brace came with the nuts and caps in a bag.

Its installed, and that maf and new o-ring was stubborn. I end up using the old o-ring.

no, its very easy compared to my dinan install. swapping out the two air ducts from your old box is the only parts you need with this intake.

Still wish my dinan longtube air take would have worked out, but ill have to use this one to compensate for now.

review later...

Same experience I had. If they're not going to respond to emails they should at least set it to auto-respond that you need to call them to get service.

On the bright side at least you got the right one.

I know exactly how you feel. This was the first and last order I placed with them. I can understand that mistakes happen. The problem is they clearly don't care. No "sorry" or anything. Just a "here's your RMA, here's the UPS tag to send it back, and oh yeah, you can just eat the shipping cost for having use send you the wrong part because the rest of the (separately boxed and shipped) order was correct". $1,600 order and they aren't even willing to refund the $15-20 it cost me to have them ship the wrong part? That's just adding insult to injury IMO. If I can find a buyer for the one they sent I'm gonna go that route. Anybody know someone with an E9x or 1 series that wants a CF strut bar?

Looks like ECS is out of the strut bar.

Who else has it?

Just to confirm, this bar does fit an M3.
Installed mine this weekend. There is an alignment pin on the left tower that is above where that bolt from the strut nut goes. That is in the way, unless you remove it. The reason being the non-m has that locating pin on the bottom. So one can either cut a slot for the pin in the strut bar cap, or remove the pin. Other than that all is the same and clearance is good. Here is my thread showing it fitted.

What is someone willing to pay for a NIB e46 BMW Performance CF Strut Brace?

Comes with the hardware (nuts and plastic caps)

EDIT: Please no more PMs. I was curious what people were willng to pay, which evidently isnt a lot. Im just gonna keep it for now or sell it on ebay.

Thanks.

Yesterday I ordered a performance intake for the 325 from bmwpartssource.com. I was expecting some minor mods required to fit it in my 320 but I found out that the M54B22 and M54B25 share the exact same MAF. This means the performance intake for the B25 will be plug and play for the smaller engine B22 as well! Will post the install once I receive it!

Would this Intake fit my 328i? Because the m52 intakes look slightly different than the m54 intakes.
Same question for the Brace because my strut tower is slighty different.
