Beware of justsuspension.com

Roadtripourfitters on EBay

Just wanted to let all potential buyers of suspension products to be aware that EBay seller Roadtripoutfitters can lead to problems. I purchased a set of (4) KYB shocks and the original ad said 10 sets available. Turns out they only had 2 of the 4 shocks ordered. I received the 2 shocks quickly then after waiting for over a week I finally inquired via EBay messages and received no reply from the seller. I finally identified the company as Just Suspension \ KYB Outlet and called customer service directly.

Long story short: They did not bother inform me that the balance of my purchase would not ship for 5 6 weeks! They then made me pay return shipping for the 2 shocks they had actually shipped. In the end it cost me money for their incompetence.

Check out their Amazon customer rating link 84% which means 16 out of 100 customers were dissatisfied.
