strut question on xi and non xi

Does anyone have pics of the difference between the Xi and the non Xi struts. I thought about changing mine out but options are limited. I was thinking about a more aggressive drop but I'm told the sway bar endlink tabs are different. I wonder what the difference is so that it may be possible to buy different endlinks to make no xi struts work. I'm curious to see if there are other differences.

It won't wortk. The non-xi strut is longer at the bottom and will interfere with the axle.

Koni sports for xi's is the only option you'll need to get an excellent ride and handling.

Got any pics for comparison? I was just told that the tabs were different for the endlinks.

I can give you the run down. Non XI struts have a tab that slides into the knuckle. On the non XI strut the knuckle mounts higher up. On the xi strut instead of having the tab that slides between the two sides of the knuckle. THe strut has a half circle cut out (where the bolt from the knuckle passes through) The most simple answer is no it won't fit. bilstein/HR for xi imo
