Question Watch DVD on Nav/TV?

Is it possible to watch DVD movies if I opted for:

1) The Nav system (on '04 model) -> 16:9 color screen?

2) The Nav system with TV option?

Dealer told me that it was not possible. If not, I read somewhere that the new Nav systems have an AUX IN option. It would then be possible to install an aftermarket DVD player (possibly in trunk or glove compartment or such) and connect it to the Nav system right?

Any installs out there?

If you do a search on...

http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/bmwnav/

or...

http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/openbmw/

or...

http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/HackTheIBus/

you should find info on how to add a DVD player to the NAV with TV option.
