here's a picture of the centre console. Colour will "richen" as I apply more resin. Needs a minimum of 2-3 more before clear coating. Before anyone comments; yes it's very rough and edges aren't trimmed 100%. Rough trim initially and additional/final trim tomorrow. Then light sand, wash and apply another coat of resin tomorrow. Should look sweet when completed.... Also, picked-up a commercial exhaust fan for the paint booth I'm building to provide a dust-free environment in which to apply clear coat.... Now just need to finish enclosure in between sets.... LOL

Thanks guys..... Hard to photograph with phone @ night under flourescent lighting, but it's a pretty rich blue. Not going to darken any further, but will actually get richer looking as the resin provides depth. We'll see how finished product looks.... already have 2nd set (sedan this time) to do in blue as well..... sitting, waiting to be started tomorrow.... It's woodgrain now, won't be woodgrain as of tomorrow night.... LOL

Got my first cabin air filter cover to do as well..... that should be interesting to wrap......

Thanks guys!!! Lovin' it.... really cool creating the new looks for the cars!! Starting a Cabin Air filter for someone this weekend (have 14 different pieces to start from different cars in addition to what's currently being wrapped now).. Will be doing a rear deck, seat surrounds and seat backs shortly too!!! LOL

as he doesn't over do it if he wraps very thing in blue c/f i feel it would be over kill with out another color in the interior...to much is not always better i think...

Actually cheating a little here. Here's a pic of a sedan set done in blue I'm working on @ the same time. Just resining the coupe set, so can't post those yet....

And a Cabin Air Filter I'm doing as well as a couple of ECU covers:

ALL of these parts have been resined tonight and ARE NOT sanded level yet.

Just taking a quick break from starting to sand them again. Been using spray booth as drier today as they had not fully cured overnight. Nice and hard and ready to sand. Hoping a light sand and 1 more coat of resin and be ready to clear coat tomorrow night. I'm liking them!!
