Advice! H&R lowering springs + Sachs sport shock absorber or H&R Cup Kit Suspension

Please adivice! Opinions and details/pictures if possible!
I must change all 4 shock absorbers and i also want to change the springs but i'm not decided what to buy.... H&R lowering springs with (OEM) Sachs sport Shock absorber (front 31312282097/31312282098) (rear 33522282099) or H&R Cup Kit Suspension (fixed lowering)

my car is E46 from 2001, model 330d with factory M-technik package. 6-cylinder.

I highly recommend going with the H&R Touring Cup Kit. This will provide matched springs and shocks for a complete setup. The OE shocks will wear out sooner with the upgraded springs so it is worth it to do it all together.

Reason for this? Sorry if it is a stupid questions, but I'm new to the import world. On my cobra I just put CC plates on to put the strut back in it's original geometry. Problem solved and no premature shock wear.

The OE shocks are designed for the softer OE spring rate. When you go with a stiffer spring, it puts added stress on the shock valving which causes premature wear.
