RTAB condition and replacement question

I pulled one of my trailing arm carrier's to see what shape my rtabs are in. What do i look for? they looked like they were good? Do they need to ripped apart to be bad? All i saw was when i grabbed the carrier and twisted very minor small cracks in the rubber!! i have 20,000 miles on my e46 M3?

I can't imagine anything with small cracks would be good.

Consider this as the majority of E46 Fanatics members are moving over to
