Need to make 2 gallons of long island tea. Best method?

Open to suggestions on making up a 2 gallon batch of long island tea. Typically a cocktail shaker is used for an individual serving. Just shake up the entire 2 gallon mason jar and then mix in the cola with a spoon to prevent flattening?

Probably right about the cola. I'll leave it aside with the lemon slices.

Yeah doesn't matter tbh. That's why I deleted half my post. My preference is aesthetic not for taste.

Hell, man. A bottle each of all the white liquors (gin, vodka, rum, and tequila), a cup of triple sec, a couple cups of sweet & sour mix, half a 2-liter bottle of Coke, throw some slices of lemon in it, stir, pour it on ice, call it a day. If you're making LITs by the gallon, no one is going to give a shˇt anyhow...

The recipe and percentages I've figured out. It's the method of combining ingredients. I'm probably overanalyzing the addition of the Coke.

11.11% Vodka
11.11% Rum
11.11% Gin
11.11% Tequila
11.11% Triple Sec
22.22% Sweet & Sour Mix
22.22% Cola

2 gallons of LIT = ~56.89 individual servings (4.5 oz) so it's simply the individual portion size of each ingredient x 56.89.

More like definitely. Batch drinks aren't about precision, they're about tasting good enough that everyone drinks their share.

I've been asked by a friend's mother to make a batch for a bridal shower.

Recipe for 1 gallon

1/8 gallon Vodka
1/8 gallon gin
1/8 gallon vodka
1/8 gallon tequila
1/8 gallon Triple Sec
3/8 gallon sour mix

And then the coke would ideally be added as each drink was poured, just a splash, as well as a lemon squeezed over the top then left on top of the drink.

You guys are all retarded. Buy 0.75 L of all the liquors. Pour all the bottles into a container. Add the sweet/sour. Mix. Add the coke.
