How many miles before you replaced your OEM shocks & springs

Just as the description says. Just wondering whats the life before they need replacement.

I think it depends on the way your car has been treated. I've mostly avoided potholes and harsh bumps and what-not over the years. My suspension was fine at 113k before I replaced it with an H&R Cup Kit. Only changed it out because I wanted to, not out of necessity.

30k, or approximately 2 weeks after I got the car.

hey ZeGhost, im about to replace mine at 130,xxx with the h&r cup kit as well. How do you like it? I was originally thinking about h&r sport springs/bilstein sport shocks but they're a little pricey.

98k. it started feeling very "squirrly" on the interstate. Replaced with Koni fsd and Eibach Pros. Powerflex FCABS and Rogue Mounts and RTABS. Koni on back order so i'm still waiting to do it all at once. Sucks

LOVE it! Much cheaper than coilovers, as I do not care much for needing to adjust them, and for the money it totally changed the driving dynamics of my car. Got mine from Modbargains.com, about the cheapest place you can find it on the net. Trust me, I did the research. I threw in a BMW Performance front strut brace, and UUC Swaybarbarians, and now my car handles like an oversize go-kart. I was very satisfied with the gap elimination as well. Lowered it just enough to where theres hardly any gap, yet I'm not tucking or rubbing my tires. Definitely recommend it. Get the race springs. Rides a lil stiffer, which I don't mind at all, but lowers it a lil more and of course helps in the curves compared to the "touring" springs.

Haven't replaced either shocks or springs yet...160,000 on the odometer. While they aren't leaking, I'm pretty sure they are completely worn out and need replacement. All in due time.
