E46 M3 Supersprint Exhaust questions

What's up fellow E46ers. I have some questions about an Intake/Exhaust/Header/Injector combo that I want to install on my 05' M3. The setup would be as follows:

Full Supersprint Exhaust Installed including the Flanged Stepped Headers, Metallic Cats, Resonated Section 2, and Race Rear Muffler. Other modifications installed are the AFE Stage 2 Pro-Dry S Intake Kit, and Jim Conforti Shark Injector tailored to all of the before mentioned modifications.

This was a project car done by some guys on you tube, they claim:

The final Dyno Numbers were 301.4 WHP, 226.59 WTQ

with a stock baseline average of 268 WHP and 209 WTQ.

Looks like a pretty legit increase in power. I want to do this but my big question is, will this be LEGAL in CA? Will I be able to pass smog? What happens if I get pulled over with these modifications?

I heard stories of one member who got pulled over and they gave him a fix it ticket and if he didnt fix it they will take your car

yeah, it is legit.. however, you might want to consider these randomtech (section 1/cats) so you will at least pass the sniffer test.. secondly, consider keeping your heavy rear muffler so you can keep the noise down.
