Subframe Reinforcement - Group Buy

Hello E46fanatics,

We are putting together a Group Buy on subframe reinforcement work. A known weak point in the chassis of the E46, we weld in additional steel plates to prevent the subframe from tearing away from its mounting points.

The pricing for the Group Buy is as follows...

Subframe reinforcement with parts/labor - $700 ($600 labor only)

For trunk weld reinforcement(like the Turner kit), there will be an additional $100-$200 charge depending on whether you have a stripped interior, or full trunk interior that we have to remove and replace to do the repair.

Cars with extreme damage subject to additional labor charges.

Optional Add-ons:
Add $125 for subframe bushing replacement
Add $75 for RTAB replacement
Add $75 for UCAB replacement

Additional parts pricing:
Subframe bushings - $160/set
Rear trailing arm bushings - $70/pair
Upper control arm bushings - $112/pair

DISCLAIMER: All prices noted above for bushings are part of the group buy. If you do not participate in the group buy and want to get the bushing work done separately, than you will have to contact us to get a direct quote.

Thank you and we look forward to hearing from you guys.

-Jonathan

How long does this whole process take and what bushings do you use for the RTAB replacement?

Typically the OEM RTAB's are used, but we can get you a good price on any available RTAB's and use those instead. It's up to you.

The process takes about 1-2 days depending on the condition of your existing subframe (any cracks or damage adds time) and if we are doing any additional work such as bushings.
