My Progress and Strength gaining Log

Hey guys, I've been training for a little over 2.5 years now. I've been really happy with my progress although it's been slow. The past 5-6 I've been depressed due a certain event in my life and haven't really worked to hard in the gym, so this is my attempt to get back in zone.

Progress:

I started out at 150lbs.

Now Sitting at 175ishlbs last bf% measurement was 8.8% using a handheld body fat measuring device.

And a frontal view not flexing. For some reason the angle made me look tiny

Goal: My main goal here is to add strength, specifically to my squat, deadlift, and bent over barbell row. Another lean 10lbs wouldn't be bad either.

Current Maxes: I used the 1 rep max calculator on bodybuilding.com since I never max out:
Bench: 301lbs
Squat: 314lbs
Deadlift: 334lbs
Bent over Barbell Row: 262lbs

Starting Stats:
5'11
175lbs
Workout:

Monday- Legs and abs
Tuesday- Chest
Wednesday- Back
Thursday- Shoulders and Traps
Friday- Arms and abs
Saturday- Rest
Sunday- Rest

Diet: My Diet is not anything special. I'm one of those people who can eat anything and be okay, but I'll give a run down of a typical meal for me.

Breakfast- 4 egss, and 4 slices of bacon
Brunch- Tostitos Pizza Rolls
Lunch- Viola premade chicken Alfredo
Pre workout- piece of fruit and almost a half a block of mild cheddar cheese
Dinner- Typical chicken breast with rice and beans

Current Supplements: *Theses are subject to change as I'm running out of both, and going to be order more soon.

1) Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey (1 scoop post workout)
2) Sci Fit Kre Alklyn capsules (2 caps before breakfast, 2 before workout. 2caps before breakfast on non workout days)

*Notes: All workouts begin with a 1-2 mile stationary bike ride followed by stretching my entire body.

If I left anything out, I'll up update this post.

Good luck. The difference in your two pics is like a boy to a man difference.

Thanks man, I'm truly blessed with my genetics. I was reading your log yesterday actually, and it is what got me motivated again. You seem to be a lot more organized and have a stricter regiment. You are definitely going to see some good results, but good luck to you too although I'm sure you won't need it

Great work man. You remind me of my friend.

He was always at about 150 lbs... then he had an allergic reaction to penicillin and developed Steven Johnson syndrome. He dropped all the way down to 120lbs... he looked like he was on the brink of death.

Now its about been about half a year and he's close to 180 lbs and lean. Crazy stuff.

Thanks! Nice to see your friend is doing good now, that syndrome is life threatening isn't it?

Congrats man. Definitely a huge difference. I'm interested to see what all your exercises are for each day? Looks like a solid shoulders and traps workout. I'm sittin at 150lbs right now and have 6 months of training coming up where I'll have open access to a gym. I'm looking at an almost identical regimen = workinout on weekdays and weekends off. If you have time please let me know what your exercises are for each workout. I'm really, really interested. Thanks and keep progressin, who knows how big you could be in another 2 years

Yeah man, it was pretty crazy. He got lesions and blisters all over his body... even in his mouth. He couldn't eat for two weeks... they had to feed him through a tube. Then he was eating nothing but jello, yogurt, and soup for about a month... by the time he could eat normally his stomach had shrunk, he lost his appetite, and his jaw muscles were so weak that he would take an hour to eat a sandwich.

He even got blisters on his genitals.

Just a freak accident with the penicillin, his parents nor the doctors had any idea he was allergic. Nothing they could do but just keep him in the hospital and hope for the best.

I'm too lazy to write everything I do, so just keep watching the log and you'll see. The only thing I left out today was standing military press. Keep working hard and the results will come, trust me. Everybody used to tell me I could never be strong, and now I'm stronger than all the nay sayers.

They're lacking, but no gut here. I'll try to get a picture tomorrow.

Bench/dead/squat numbers?

If you don't mind me asking, since you were saying you would like to increase them in the near future.

"Yup."

I used the 1 rep max calculator on bodybuilding.com since I never max out:
Bench: 301lbs
Squat: 314lbs
Deadlift: 334lbs
Bent over Barbell Row: 262lbs

I have no intention in trying to increase my bench until my other lifts are in proportion.
