What's up EAS? Won't even answer emails
Long story short, I bought a DICE MediaBridge from EAS back in July. The unit never worked properly right from the beginning, and I was stick with DICE's crappy support for the longest time until eventually they approved a return.
Since I live in Canada, I can't return the DICE unit directly to them, but back to the retailer from where I bought it. So I got an RMA number from EAS, no problem and sent it back. Over a month ago.
I shipped the unit back via tracked airmail, and saw that the unit arrived, but had not been delivered due to no response. The unit has been sitting at EAS's local post office for over a month, and I haven't received any response from EAS in over 2 weeks. What gives?!
So far I've had horrible customer experiences with every single vendor I've tried. I've had a couple good experiences here and there, but something like this always seems to happen to destroy my opinion of the vendor.
