I think the point is they put pressure on Vick, and it worked. He was ineffective for 3 1/2 quarters. IF you want to beat philly, that is what you do. The issue is, those teams that can do it, are not going to be playing philly in the playoffs until close tot he SB.

This should be interesting.

Jackson,Maclin,McCoy and Vick.

We shall see...that's an awful lot of game-breakers on one team

mvp race is too tough to call i think.

Brady is damn near perfect and Vick has an amazing come back story. I really hope Vick gets it.

If Vick would have played the entire season I think they would have to give him the MVP. He's missed a couple games and my bet is it goes to Brady. If I could vote it would be Vick.

Brady might be near perfect, but Vick broke the all time QB rating in a game, so my vote goes to Vick just for having the single best performance in one game.

u can't give the SEASON mvp based on one game.

if so, a few years ago when Derrick Anderson threw like 500 yds and 4-5 tds, woulda been the MVP.

on vick, its amazing what winning can do for a guy. a year ago, ppl wanted his head.

Alot of those same people still want his head and could give a rat's ass what he does on the field. They see it as a major character flaw.

Doesn't change the fact he's a talented athlete with god-given talent

The guy served his time, and is moving on, working with all sorts of animal rights activists and groups.

Leave Michael vick alone!!!!! (in my best blonde haired under a blanket crying impersonation).

Chad Pennington has one of the highest career QB ratings ever. That is such a flawed stat.

Vick has been forgiven for the most part. He's the leader in pro bowl votes at this point too.

I'm not going to short change Jackson. The guy produces highlights every single week. But that last return was a defensive fvckin travesty.

Beyond that fact that Jackson fumbled the ball FIRST, there no less than THREE blown tackles on Jackson and this one Eagles player in the pic below single handedly took 3-4 Giants out of the play. I couldn't believe my eyes.

The three stooges in blue landed on top of eachother and blocked the 4th guy up top from getting to the play.

I wanted to burn my television.

True all true...but isn't that what it's all about?

Taking advantage of another teams mistakes, alot of those plays, out of the 16 they ran(for 28 pts.), could/should have ended mundanely.

Was it all dumb-luck, or did the Eagles just keep playing when the G-men mailed it with a 21pt. lead?

Anybody read Jason Whitlock from FOXsports?

Here's what he thought in his opening comments:

Quote:
That wasn't a collapse we witnessed inside The New Meadowlands Stadium. It wasn't a replay of 1978's "Miracle at the Meadowlands."

DeSean Jackson's improbable, Tom Coughlin-melting, walk-off punt return is the play we will most remember from the weekend NFL slate (and perhaps the entire season), but Jackson was far from the game's biggest star.

No. Sunday, we watched a force of nature unveil itself, savage New York in less than eight minutes of game time and cause us to rethink the 2010 MVP race
Pretty well sums it up

Thats the problem....no matter the crime, if your a great entertainer all is forgotten. F*ck him....all those poor innocent dogs that he killed, if they can talk they will tell you how much of a douche bag he really is.

and no he didnt pay his dues...he got a slap on the wrist compared to what me and you would have gotten for the same crime.

Backtracking a lil bit here, Brady is going to be tough to beat for MVP, but it's possible if Vick has even one more of those super-human fvcking games this year.

Co-MVP's?

We'll see.

Brady or Vick for MVP.

I didn't like Brady vs Green Bay. Had it been a blow-out it would of been clear.

Green Bay made Brady and even Welker irrelevant... if Connolly didn't miraculously run the punt return like he did... Patriots would of lost IMO.

Depending on the next few weeks of football... Vick and Brady will either be clear MVP candidates, or taken off. Too many variables, even at this point.
