They sell the RTAB tool so I called them to place an order.
Told him its an emergency and I need the tool overnighted.
He told me to text him his paypal and he would call me back and send invoice.
Sent text, but no response for about an hour. Then I called him again. Ignored my call. Called again in 15 minutes, he answered and said he is going to the shop right now and would call me back and let me know.
Did not call back. He pretty much lost $150 because I was willing to get @ss raped by overnight shipping. he kept giving me the run around. I finally ordered from Bimmerworld the next day.

MIS Tools. Bad Customer Service.
