WTT: 2003 BMW M3, very low 48,500 miles - trade for 04-08 Subaru WRX STi

Hey everyone,
I'm looking to trade my 2003 M3, clean title and no accidents, with about 48,500 miles on it for an 04-08 STi with low miles or the same miles, but nothing more than 55k miles, possibly a straight trade car for car depending on condition, mileage, and year. The M3 is Carbon Black on Black Leather, and 6 speed manual, with sunroof, has the factory 19's, has HK sound, has bi-xenon headlights, rear spoiler, no heated seats, no nav. I am located in Tucson, AZ.

So I bought the car last year in November of 2009 with 29,000 miles and full service records at BMW of Scottsdale. Being the second owner i only put on about 18,000 miles, whereas the first owner drove the car barely 4,000 miles a year since he bought it new. I have had my services done at Jean-Pauls Independent BMW here in Tucson, and have all records available. The car runs great, and just had the Inspection 2 done at 47,000 miles. The tires are at about 85-90% of tread left. I have babied the car, and nurtured the car greatly, always garaged and kept pristine and clean.

As for anything done to the car, I have had just a few exterior things done:

-Weisslicht Angel Eyes
-Black side gills, Black kidney grills
-Exchanged front amber reflectors with black reflectors
-Exchanged amber corner bulbs with Invisibulbs

Things already on the car:
-BMW dealer installed rear spoiler (small) instead of lip spoiler, looks great!
-XM Satellite Radio
-3M Clear Bra

... and that is it. I like the car stock pretty much, and its perfect just the way BMW created it. If wanted in a trade, I can convert anything back to stock, since I kept all original parts. In the pictures, the Valentine 1 would NOT be included.

The car has a small scratch on the left, lower-rear part of the bumper, not long at all maybe 3 inches.

Let me know what you may have available, but all in all im looking for STOCK, unmolested STi's for the most part... I will consider it, but the more the stock the better, or if you have the original parts that would be great too.
