Buying a new set of speakers, need some advice

Hey guys,

The system in my car is a few years old, im running JL Audio Sleathboxs for the 2001 325i, JL Audio 300/4 Amp, JL Audio XR-650 Components with a Pioneer AVH75000 Headunit. Im looking into replacing the front speakers, and rear subs. My question is what speakers i should purchase. Im looking towards the JL Audio C2-650, OR C3-650 (a little pricey though) or possibly the Bostons PRO60SE. I listen to all types of music, but mostly rock, house, electronic, instrumental. So i dont know which speakers would better fit my need. Also, i have a 12inch W6V2 that im going to repair, im wondering if my amplifier can supply enough power to it ( i really dont want TOO much bass, but certainly enough to warrant having it. The amp is going to power the two front speakers, and the W6, but want to make sure its worth it. The repair cost is not expensive so its worth fixing it.

Was wondering if you guys ever purchased from www.dealercostcaraudio.com. This is where Im going to be buying the speakers, the price is so low it has me a little worried lol. It seems legit, but the price of everything is shockingly lower.

C2 650: $147
C3 650: $267
Bostons PRO60SE: $299

Thanks guys

My Ride: 325ci convertible
I bought my jl 12 inch sub from them. Cheapest price I could find. Cs is spotty kind of hard to get on the phone. My speaker was on back order so it took almost 3 weeks. Read some bad reviews about them on line. Started calling beginning of week 2. Bottom line I got the speaker I wanted at a good price. I'm happy with the product.

Best upgrade JBL MS-8

Your best bet to improve the sound of your car would be through eq / time alignment and the best product to do this is the JBL MS-8. It's amazing. I have a friend that has built show cars and the MS-8 can tune a car in a matter of minutes better then any human could do in months! You can buy one from a reputable person on ebay for around $550-600. With the MS-8 you can run your front set active which will sound great. Here's a link on the DIYmobileaudio site that has been on fire;
